Three pieces of my woven textile work, Catharsis, Metamorphosis and Jewels, are currently on display at Leamington Spa Art Gallery & Museum until the end of June. This was made possible thanks to an Ignite Grant 2024 from Warwick District Council.

Coaching with me
I am looking for volunteers to be case study clients to help me complete my Integrated Diploma in Holistic Wellness Coaching Skills. These sessions are free of charge as they are part of my qualification requirement.
About the Coaching process
Coaching is a focused conversation between client and coach. The client will do most of the talking whilst the coach listens and responds with reflections and questions. The coach may guide an activity or offer suggestions if appropriate. The intention is to support the client with moving forward towards achieving goals with aspects of their life.

Forget-me-not Collection for ME
May is ME Awareness month. ME or Myalgic Encephalitis also known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome sometimes also Post Viral Fatigue, is a chronic illness that remains little understood. Although the main feature is debilitating fatigue there are also a wide variety of challenging symptoms that come with it. Those who are severely affected are housebound for many years. I have been having my own experience of this illness for almost five years and feel myself fortunate to only be moderately affected. I wanted to do something to help raise awareness and also hopefully raise some money for the following charities ME Association, Action for ME, ME Action UK. I have put a range of my designs featuring forget-me-nots on my Red Bubble store and on my Woven Monkey store and I will donate any money I earn from sales of products and fabrics featuring these designs.
Ames Designs- unique digital print designs
I’m really excited to have produced a range of digital pattern designs. The designs are created by manipulating and repeating my own original digital photographs, my favourite subjects for inspiration are flowers and plants, many from my own garden. Some of these designs are now available to purchase as printed fabrics from Woven Monkey. You can find them here in my store Woven Monkey- Ames Designs .
